Membership is open to all qualified allopathic (M.D.) and osteopathic (D.O.) physicians in the four-county region of Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, and Wakulla.

Membership Levels
We offer membership levels tailored to various stages of a medical career, including:
- Students – $20 (four years)
- Residents – $25
- Active Physicians – $450
- Associate Physicians – $300 (military, state, or federal employee)
- Retired Physicians – $200 with meals; $50 without meals
