To: Capital Medical Services Pager Customers
The Capital Medical Society anticipates being available to our members as usual, during our regular office hours (M-F 8:30am-5:00pm).
In the event that you experience a pager issue, and you are unable to reach us, we have arranged with Spok Wireless that you can contact them and make changes directly during this time.
Call Spok at: 866-206-6635. Let them know you are with Capital Medical Services. They will ask for your pager number, and will be able to see that you are with Capital Medical Services.
If your pager is not working, Spok can set up Message Carbon Copy to your cell phone, or send you the Spok Mobile App, which also works through your cell phone.
They are also able to reset pagers, which sometimes can clear up an issue.
Again, we anticipate being available, but please keep this information handy just in case.
